Các lệnh in/xuất PDF chuyên biệt — print 2 mặt với mirror margin, chọn nhiều sheet xuất 1 PDF, convert Word/Visio sang PDF, set page margins hàng loạt.

Print Pages

DVD Addin → nhóm File và In → menu Print → Print Pages.

In các trang cụ thể với range linh hoạt:

Dialog:

• Sheet — chọn sheet active hoặc multi-select.
• Pages — gõ range:
  • 1,3,5 — trang 1, 3, 5.
  • 1-5 — trang 1 đến 5.
  • 1-3, 7, 10-15 — combine.
  • odd — chỉ trang lẻ.
  • even — chỉ trang chẵn.
• Copies — số bộ.
• Printer — chọn printer.

Khác với File → Print built-in của Excel:

• Hỗ trợ syntax odd/even (Excel không có).
• Có thể in cùng range cho nhiều sheet (multi-select).
• Save lại settings vào registry cho lần sau.

Print Mirror Margins

DVD Addin → nhóm File và In → menu Print → Print Mirror Margins.

In 2 mặt với margins ngược cho mỗi trang — phù hợp đóng quyển (book / portfolio):

• Odd pages (1, 3, 5, ...): margin trái rộng (đóng gáy bên trái khi mở quyển).
• Even pages (2, 4, 6, ...): margin phải rộng (vì khi mở quyển, trang chẵn bên trái nhưng gáy bên phải).

Dialog:

• Inner margin (gần gáy) — vd: 2.5 cm.
• Outer margin (xa gáy) — vd: 1.5 cm.
• Top / Bottom margins — vd: 2 cm.
• Apply to: Sheet hiện tại / Selected / All sheets.

Sau khi apply → Excel tự đổi margins cho từng trang theo parity → in 2 mặt → đóng quyển đẹp.

Set Page Margins

DVD Addin → nhóm File và In → menu Print → Set Page Margins.

Đặt margins giống nhau cho nhiều sheet cùng lúc:

Dialog:

• Top / Bottom / Left / Right / Header / Footer — input mm hoặc inch.
• Center on page — tick để center horizontally / vertically.
• Apply to: Selected sheets / All sheets / Sheets matching pattern.

Khác Excel built-in Page Layout → Margins: built-in chỉ apply cho sheet hiện tại. Lệnh này apply hàng loạt — tiết kiệm thời gian khi workbook có 30+ sheet cần in cùng layout.

Free — không cần license.

Selected Sheets → PDF

DVD Addin → nhóm File và In → menu Print → Selected Sheets to PDF.

Xuất các sheet đã chọn (Ctrl+click tabs) thành 1 file PDF duy nhất:

Dialog:

• Output path — Browse → chọn nơi lưu.
• Add cover page — tùy chọn chèn trang bìa (logo + title).
• Bookmark per sheet — tự tạo bookmark trong PDF (mỗi sheet = 1 bookmark) để navigate.
• Print quality — Standard / High / Minimum.

Click Export → output 1 PDF chứa tất cả sheet selected, theo thứ tự tab.

Free — không cần license.

Khác Excel built-in?

File → Export → Create PDF cũng làm được, nhưng:

• KHÔNG hỗ trợ bookmark per sheet (PDF output không có TOC).
• Phải nhấp 5-6 lần mới ra dialog Save.

DVD lệnh này: 1 click + 1 dialog + bookmark tự tạo.

Converters

DVD Addin → nhóm File và In → menu PDF/OCR → Word/Visio/Excel → PDF.

Convert các file Office sang PDF batch:

Word → PDF

1. Browse → chọn nhiều file .docx / .doc.
2. Output folder.
3. Tùy chọn:
   • Preserve hyperlinks (mặc định ✓).
   • Embed fonts (cho cross-platform).
4. Click Convert → loop qua từng file, mở qua Word COM, ExportAsFixedFormat.

Yêu cầu: Microsoft Word đã cài (engine convert).

Visio → PDF

Tương tự với file .vsdx / .vsd. Yêu cầu Microsoft Visio đã cài.

Excel → PDF (multiple)

Convert nhiều file .xlsx / .xls sang PDF batch:

• Print all sheets / Print selected sheets / Print active sheet only.
• Per-file output filename pattern.

Khắc phục sự cố

"Word/Visio is not installed"

Converter dùng COM Word/Visio. Cần Microsoft Office đã cài. LibreOffice / Google Docs KHÔNG được dùng.

Mirror margins không khớp print

• Printer driver có 2-sided setting → set "Long edge" (book) thay vì "Short edge".
• Test in 1 trang trước khi in 100 trang.

File PDF output bị mờ

• Set Print quality = "High" (300 DPI) thay vì Standard (96 DPI).
• File output sẽ lớn hơn nhưng đẹp hơn khi in.

Hyperlink không hoạt động trong PDF

• Word: dùng "PDF/A-1a" thay vì "PDF/A-1b" — hyperlink được giữ.
• Excel ExportAsFixedFormat: parameter IncludeDocProperties=True.
