All commands

DVDAddin adds 2 ribbon tabs to Excel with 186 commands in total: the DVD Cons tab for construction work (schedule, cutting optimization, QAQC, quantity surveying, teamwork sessions) and the DVD Addin tab for everyday spreadsheet utilities (text, cells and rows, formulas, graphics, files and printing, sheets, AI).

Getting started

Install the add-in, open Excel and check that both the DVD Addin and DVD Cons tabs appear.
Go to DVD Addin → About → License and sign in. During the trial period every command is fully unlocked.
Go to About → About menu → Preferences to set defaults for the groups you use most (rounding function, merge separator, paper size…) and to enter your API key under AI Assistant if you plan to use the AI commands.
Cannot remember where a command lives: press Ctrl+Shift+Q (Find Cmd), type a few letters of its name and press Enter.
Click About menu → Quick start guide for the dialog that introduces the main features.

Tips and caveats

In the reference pages, a License badge (39 commands) means the command needs a valid DVDAddin account; a PRO badge (19 commands) means it belongs to the PRO tier. Everything else works without activation.
STANDARD accounts activated before 1 July 2026 keep access to the PRO commands until their license expires; other Standard accounts get an upgrade dialog instead.
Several AI and overwrite commands (Grammar, Solver, Send Format…) cannot be undone with Ctrl+Z — back up before running them over a large range.
Indicative pricing: Standard 500,000 ₫/year or 1,500,000 ₫ perpetual; PRO 890,000 ₫/year or 2,690,000 ₫ perpetual. The full multi-seat table is on the license page.
