All commands
DVDAddin adds 2 ribbon tabs to Excel with 224 commands in total: the DVD Cons tab for construction work (schedule, cutting optimization, QAQC, quantity surveying, teamwork sessions) and the DVD Addin tab for everyday spreadsheet utilities (text, cells and rows, formulas, graphics, files and printing, sheets, AI).

Practice workbook
Every command with sample data (164 commands) has its own sample workbook: on the command page, right under the Illustrated walkthrough heading, click Download this command's sample workbook — sheet names and order match the pictures and the sheet to work on is already open. To get everything at once, use the full workbook below.
Download DVDAddin-Practice-Commands.xlsx — each sheet holds exactly the data from one command's illustrated guide (164 commands have sample data), and the Index sheet lists all 224 commands with links to the sheet and the guide page. Open a command page, switch to the sheet with the same name and follow the steps. Save a copy first: a few commands work on the whole workbook (renaming, hiding or numbering sheets).
Getting started
- Install the add-in, open Excel and check that both the DVD Addin and DVD Cons tabs appear.
- Go to DVD Addin → About → License and sign in. During the trial period every command is fully unlocked.
- Go to About → Help → Preferences to set defaults for the groups you use most (rounding function, merge separator, paper size…) and to enter your API key under AI Assistant if you plan to use the AI commands.
- Cannot remember where a command lives: press Ctrl+Shift+Q (Find Cmd), type a few letters of its name and press Enter.
- Click About → Help → Quick start guide for the dialog that introduces the main features.

Tips and caveats
- In the reference pages, a License badge (50 commands) means the command needs a valid DVDAddin account; a PRO badge (22 commands) means it belongs to the PRO tier. Everything else works without activation.
- STANDARD accounts activated before 1 July 2026 keep access to the PRO commands until their license expires; other Standard accounts get an upgrade dialog instead.
- Several AI and overwrite commands (Grammar, Solver, Send Format…) cannot be undone with Ctrl+Z — back up before running them over a large range.
- Indicative pricing: Standard 500,000 ₫/year or 1,500,000 ₫ perpetual; PRO 890,000 ₫/year or 2,690,000 ₫ perpetual. The Standard multi-seat table is on the license page; Pro multi-seat prices show in the purchase window.
- The 224-command reference is generated from the add-in's own ribbon, so it always matches the installed build; topic pages like this one only explain how the commands work together.
