License (DVD Cons button)
Location on ribbon: Tab DVD Cons → Group Quick, right after Find Cmd

What it does
A copy of the License button from the DVD Addin tab, placed on the DVD Cons tab for planners, rebar cutters and QS users who rarely open the DVD Addin tab. It carries the same label and same tooltip, and clicking it opens the same License box as the main button.
When it appears
The button shows only when there is something to do, and hides itself otherwise:

| Trial has ended | Buy License |
| Purchased plan has expired | Renew License |
When activated (including during the Renew: N days left countdown), or when the machine needs to go online or sign in again, the button does not appear on DVD Cons — those labels exist only on the main button on the DVD Addin tab.
Notes
- Its id does not start with
btn, so it has no entry of its own in Find Cmd — type "License" or "Buy License" to reach the matching command. - The full list of labels and what the License box contains: see License.
